One Sold - L1527N 3 x Royal Albert 'Trigo' pattern trios ($22 each)
Thomas Wild (Royal Albert)
Thomas Wild made his name producing good quality bone china tea ware based on 'Derby' patterns.
In the 1930s the company produced notable Art Deco tea ware shapes and decorations over the years. Thomas Wild and sons acquired outstanding pottery companies, and at one stage had the controlling ownership of fifteen outstanding Staffordshire potteries such as Shore and Coggins, Roslyn China, Paragon China and many more. However, Thomas Wild's company is best known for its products made under the Royal Albert trademake. These three cup, saucer and plates were made in the 1920s.
The 'Trigo' pattern was inspired by earlier Derby influence. They are $22 each.
